The gang is the heart of the Arabic mafia game Gangs of Mafia: together you pull organised crimes, build a shared army, declare wars on other gangs and take over cities.
Creating a gang and gang sizes
From rank Mobster you can create a gang, and the game has room for only 40 gangs.

Roles inside the gang
- The boss: names the gang, appoints the deputy and recruiters, and hands out money and bullets from the treasury.
- The deputy: leads when the boss is away and is first in line if the boss is killed.
- The recruiter: accepts new join requests.
Gang wars
The boss declares it for $10,000,000 from the treasury, lasting 48:00:00. War points come from kills, wounds, sabotage, kidnaps and raids, and the gang with more points takes 20% of the other's treasury.
The gang army and the military base
Every member builds a military base, produces infantry, tanks, drones and aircraft, and sends them to the gang army. The boss or deputy leads it in ground invasions that loot the enemy treasury and in air and missile strikes on its members' bases. Every week the gang also gets the General's fortress in the live battle.
The treasury and stores
Treasury money comes from member donations, bullets from member deposits and from ammo factories on zones that add 20% to the store, and weapons and protection from members' factories on zones. The boss and deputy hand them out to members, and every move is written in the gang log.
Organised crime and organised missions
- Organised crime: small with 4 roles or big with 8. The leader pays the planning cost and chooses whether the money is split evenly or he takes it all; it runs in the city he stands in, and every job has its own chat. Each player can take part once every 6 hours.
- Organised mission: a team of 4: a leader who brings a car, a driver, a drug dealer and an arms dealer. The higher the members' ranks, the higher the success chance. The leader takes 20–30% and the rest is split evenly; failure loses the car and the goods.
How to pick your gang
- Check the gang ranking and pick an active gang: an active gang protects you and earns you more. Gang ranking
- A gang holding zones in a city it is close to controlling is your chance to be part of a City Basha.
